Order & account: items purchased, order history, delivery preferences, support requests, trade/permanent account details.

Payment: payment method and transaction details. (We do not store full card numbers when you pay by card; card data is processed by PCI-compliant providers. If you pay via PayPal, PayPal processes your payment details.)

Website/technical: IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed, referral source, cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Communications: emails, messages, call notes and any attachments (e.g., images for support).

We generally do not collect sensitive information. If we ever need it (rare), we will seek your explicit consent where required.

14. Made-to-Order / Phone Payments 

If you pay by phone, payment details are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems; we do not record/store full card numbers.
For made-to-order work (e.g., custom cut strips), we may store specifications, drawings and approvals you provide to fulfil your order and warranty obligations.
