DAMAGE POLICY

Due to shipping and delivery company policies all damage claims WILL BE DENIED if you do not notate on the delivery receipt that the boxes are damaged at the time of delivery.

IMPORTANT:  Prior to signing you must write a note that there is damage to the boxes on the delivery receipt in order for any Damage Claim to be accepted. Writing "subject to inspection" is not acceptable and WILL NOT allow you to file a claim later if you find damage when the boxes are opened.

IMPORTANT: COUNT AND CONFIRM THAT THE TOTAL BOXES YOUR RECEIVE MATCHES THE NUMBER ON YOUR DELIVERY RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING.

If 1 or more boxes are missing you MUST make a note on the Delivery receipt indicating how many boxes are missing...If you accept and sign that you received all the boxes without writing on the Delivery receipt that 1 or more boxes are missing...we are unable to replace any missing items as the delivery company will not accept a claim for the missing box(s).

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
 Seller will not be responsible for any unconfirmed, incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyer which result in return or lost of the shipment package. In case of  shipment return to seller due to unconfirmed, incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyer, re-shipping charge will apply.

Returns Policy 

 All the items are carefully inspected prior to shipping.  However, if the item damaged we are happy to replace the item or if this is not possible provide you with a full refund for the item. Please ensure we receive your items within 15 days of our original shipping date.  We must receive your items in original condition which includes the following: 

  1. Product must be in new, unworn condition.

   2. Product must not be used or have any sign of abuse or intentional damage. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
