Volka Lighting Pty Ltd – Warranty Policy

Coverage
All goods purchased from Volka Lighting Pty Ltd are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period is at least 12 months (or as stated on the product page). The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects under normal, intended use.
Not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation (e.g., crashes/impact, water damage, incorrect wiring, wrong driver voltage), overloading or exceeding max run lengths, operation outside rated conditions (voltage/temperature/IP), inadequate heat dissipation (e.g., installing LED strips without an aluminium profile), normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, or reasonable batch variations in colour temperature/brightness/finish.
Before returning any item
Please contact us first with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video. Many problems can be solved remotely, saving you freight costs.
Returns for assessment
Items must be in clean condition, safely packaged, and include proof of purchase.
Returned goods will be assessed by our Warranty Department.
If a warranty fault is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund (at our option and as permitted by law).
If a claim is not approved under warranty, we will contact you with options (return or repair at your cost).
Made-to-Order / Custom products
Made-to-order/custom items are covered for manufacturing defects under the same warranty terms.
Change-of-mind returns/cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced (see our Made-to-Order Policy).
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to commence; full payment is due before shipment or pickup. Lead times are estimates only.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this warranty. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure .You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to resupplying the goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of repair or resupply.
